Valentine's Day Weekend!

Well I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day! Andrew and I spent V-day at home...we were babysitting for my mom and Andrew's mom, plus we had the baby so we decided to be nice offer to babysit our friends three kids so they could go out for Valentine's Day. It actually turned out to be really fun. Andrew got me a very sweet card and some candy, and Addie and I got him some cards and candy. We both ended up picking out a stuffed animal for Addie, too. Sunday we watched the All Star game which was fun! Here are some new pictures:

Addie's Earrings!

Oh yeah, We got Addie's ears pierced on Friday February 6th, 2009. She got her shots on the 5th and since she had her tetanus shot they told us we could pierce her ears! I wasn't really sure but Grandma Denise was really egging me on! It was sad when they did it but they look adorable so I'm happy!

Addie had her two month well baby check up today. She also had her first vaccinations! It was very sad! She got two shots in one thigh and one shot in the other. She was just smiling and giggling and sucking on her binky and next thing you know she is SCREAMING! Mommy wanted to cry, too! She did really well and I was able to console her right away. She weighs 12lbs 12.5 oz and is in the 90th percentile for weight, she is 22 and a 1/2 inches long and is in the 50th percentile for length and I don't remember her head circumference but she was in the 75th percentile for that. We had Andrew's Mom do our taxes and we are getting a GREAT return thanks to little miss sweetness! I told Andrew we HAVE to buy her an awesome toy because we are getting a nice return thanks to our little tax deduction! Here is a picture after her shots :-(

Momma's poor baby!

Two months ago today I was in labor...

I can't believe that it's been two months since I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl! The time has certainly flown by! She is a smiling, happy, bubbly, beautiful two month old! She weighed 12 lbs the last time we weighed her so I'm excited to see how much more she's grown. I never knew I could love someone the way I love this little lady. She has her two month well baby check-up tomorrow which means she will get her shots so I'm VERY nervous about that. I've thought about doing the delayed shot schedule just so I don't have to take her, lol. It's just so hard because I don't want to see her in pain!
